Property management, professionalized.

Sahab Key runs the whole rental operation. Rent lands in your bank, the books balance to the cent, maintenance stays tracked, and your tenants get a portal they actually use. The plan is two dollars a unit a month.

  • Starts at $50 a month
  • No setup fees
  • Where permitted, tenants cover processing fees
  • Cancel anytime

Look inside the product.

Real product screens shown with sample data, not mockups. This is the software you would log into tomorrow.

The financial dashboard: twelve months of revenue, a 99 percent collection rate across all months, revenue split by building, and income against expenses.

Twelve months of revenue, collection rate, and income against expenses, split by building. The numbers come from the ledger itself, so they match what hit the bank.

Also in the product: security deposits, eviction tracking, broadcast email, expense tracking, role-based team access, Section 8 housing authority payment tracking, and per-building investor payouts. Two things are optional add-ons: lease e-signature, and online rental applications (intake, the application fee you set and keep, and manager review, without tenant screening).

Built around your buildings.

A portfolio is more than a flat list of units. Sahab Key runs everything by building, down to the money and who owns it.

Every building keeps its own books.

Every financial view, from collection rate to expenses, splits by building.

Have investors? Give them a window.

Rent routes straight to each owner, with a read-only portal that shows their building's statements, payouts, and occupancy and changes nothing. Tenant identity stays out of it.

AI that reads your whole portfolio.

Sahab Key's AI works on nothing but the data your portfolio already produces: every payment, lease, and request. It surfaces what needs your attention and drafts the writing you would do by hand. You decide, always.

Portfolio assistant

What did I collect this month, and which leases end in the next 60 days?

$19,785 collected across 18 units, an 87% collection rate.

3 leases end before September. Two already sit in your risk radar.

Ask in plain English. Every answer is pulled from your own numbers, nothing beyond them. Figures shown here are sample data from a demo portfolio.

Tenant risk radar

Catches the tenants drifting late before the balance does, and tells you why. Built only from their payment history with you, never a credit or background check.

Maintenance triage

Sorts every new request, sets a priority, and flags likely duplicates the moment it lands.

Owner reports, written

A month of collections, expenses, and occupancy, drafted around your real figures, ready to send.

Cash flow forecast

Six months of expected rent with a confidence range, so you plan on a spread, not a guess.

AI Insights is an optional add-on, $49 a month for the whole organization. It reads your data to inform you, not to act for you. AI-assisted features can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify anything important before relying on it. See pricing.

Rent shows up because paying is easy.

Your tenants get their own portal. They see what they owe, pay by bank or card, and turn on autopay that retries a failed payment by itself.

  • The balance is always current, with every charge and payment listed.
  • Autopay runs on the due date and recovers failed payments without you chasing anyone.
  • A leak gets reported with a photo and followed through to done.
  • Where permitted, the processing fee is shown to the tenant at checkout, and you receive the full rent.
The tenant portal on a phone: a greeting for Amara in Unit 2A, account in good standing, $1,450 monthly rent, next due date, autopay active, and payment terms.

Two dollars a unit a month.

Priced to your portfolio, with a fifty-dollar monthly minimum. No setup fees, no contracts.

$2 per unit a month, with a $50 monthly minimum

  • Fifty dollars a month covers your first 25 units
  • Rent collection, autopay, maintenance, and reports in every plan
  • Add-ons for AI Insights, e-signature, applications, and branding from $15 a month
  • Custom Enterprise pricing past 200 units

Start this week.

  1. 1

Add your buildings, units, leases, and tenants.

  2. 2

Connect a Stripe payout account for each building. This is required before tenants can pay.

  3. 3

Invite your tenants. They can pay online the same day.

Setup is quick: no data-import project, no onboarding fee, and tenants can start paying online the same day. Every new workspace is reviewed by our team before it opens, usually within one business day.

Built to handle other people's money.

Stripe holds and moves every dollar

Rent is collected through Stripe and transferred to the Stripe payout account you connect for each building once the payment clears. You connect that account before your tenants can pay, so your rent never sits anywhere else.

The ledger is exact

Charges and payments are separate records, and every balance is computed live, in whole cents.

Your data stays yours

Each organization is isolated, documents sit behind expiring links, and managers can turn on multi-factor sign-in.

Questions owners ask.

What does Sahab Key cost?

Fifty dollars a month is the minimum, and it covers up to 25 units. Above 25 units it is two dollars per unit per month, so 40 units is $80. No setup fees and no contracts. Optional add-ons are flat monthly prices: AI Insights is $49, lease e-signature is $15, and online rental applications are $29. Portfolios past 200 units get Enterprise pricing: contact us and we will build a plan around what you manage.

What do my tenants pay?

Rent, plus, where permitted, the card or bank processing fee shown to them at checkout. You receive the full rent amount.

Can I switch from spreadsheets or another platform?

Yes. You add buildings, units, leases, and tenants in the app, then send invites. Setup is quick: no data-import project, no onboarding fee. If you get stuck, email us and a person answers.

Try it with your first building.
