SG Management runs on Sahab Key
Sahab Key's first customer is a working property management company. Three buildings, sixty-seven units, and sixty-three active leases moved onto the platform in August 2026. This is what the move looked like.

Who SG Management is
SG Management runs two apartment buildings and a portfolio of single-family homes, with everything that comes with them: rent, maintenance, Section 8 households, and owners who expect clean numbers.
For years the company ran on a custom system that our team built and operated for them. That system worked, and it taught the team what running rentals actually demands from software: money that lands where it should, books that match the bank, and tenants who can pay without calling anyone. Sahab Key is that experience rebuilt as a product, and SG Management chose to move onto it.
What the move looked like
The part landlords worry about most is the money, so that moved first and moved whole. Every tenant's saved cards and bank accounts came across through Stripe's official transfer process, so nobody typed a card number again. Each building connected its own Stripe payout account, which is how Sahab Key works everywhere: rent routes to each building's own bank, and each building keeps its own books.
The history came too. The charges and payments from the old system carried over, so the books did not start from zero on day one. Tenants kept their sign-ins, saw their balances waiting for them, and turned autopay back on themselves, one confirmation each. Section 8 households carried their housing authority payment tracking with them.
One honest note: SG's move was a planned project run hand in hand with the Sahab team, because their data lived in a system we already knew. Sahab Key has no general data-import service. A new customer starts by entering buildings, units, leases, and tenants in the app, and most portfolios are in within a day.
Sixty-seven units moved. Nobody typed a card number again.
Saved payment methods carried over through Stripe, and the books kept their history.
In the owner's words
"They explained everything clearly, and they stand strong behind their product. You can be assured of that. Those people are very ethical and very efficient. If you are going to have any project with them, you can trust them hundred percent."
Gamal Ramadan, owner, SG Management, in a public Google review.
What they run day to day
- Rent by bank transfer or card, with the processing fee shown to the tenant before anyone pays.
- Autopay that runs on the due date and retries failed payments by itself.
- Maintenance requests that arrive with tenant photos and stay tracked to done.
- Section 8 housing authority payments tracked per tenant.
- Books kept per building, balanced to the cent, with rent landing in each building's own account.
The price is the same one on the pricing page: two dollars a unit a month with a fifty-dollar minimum that covers the first twenty-five units. No setup fees, no contracts.
