Is there a free trial?
No. Start with one building, invite a tenant, and cancel any time. No setup fee, no contract.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay only the monthly plan price.
What is the minimum I would pay?
Fifty dollars a month, covering your first 25 units. Above 25, each unit adds two dollars.
Do you charge per lease or per transaction?
No. Price is per unit. Where permitted, tenants cover the processing fee at checkout.
Does the price change as my portfolio changes?
Yes. Add a unit above 25 and it rises two dollars, sell one and it falls, never below fifty dollars.
What happens past 200 units?
